We "estimate" Your perseverance, in the perfect combination of both prowess and power, to be right at 386 days, plus, of course, 36,500, but who is counting? One may choose such, for "strength in numbers" only. By combining the two, we do get a nice "resonance" with the additional equating to "386," and the total equating to "36,886." Well done! Was driving with a friend today, in the most beautiful and nourishing rain ever, whom began to tell me about her son. She began at a point where he was 10 and was not doing so hot in school. She set him up with a woman whose passion and interest was in helping such kids. This "interested" woman helped fan the spark for a dream in him, and he began to work towards attendance to a particular outreach program for youth leadership. He worked three weeks straight when no other children were willing to do such. He worked his way to this leadership event, which was held on ship in The Caribbean.

One of the women who was teaching there, told the kids that, if everyone in the world would just say "Hi" to at least one person a day, the whole "emotional tone" of the world would change.

The part of the story that sticks with me is this: When my friend picked up her son from this trip, they went to the supermarket. As soon as he got out of the car, he began to yell across the parking lot, "Hello," "Hi," to whomever he saw, no matter how far away they were. She asked him what he was doing? His response: "I am changing the world." So great.

Today's post is in honor of that simple and profound level of (u)nderstanding, (i)mplementation and (i)nnocence = uii = U2 - "In The Name of Love" = Let's Do This!

**PS - It was on this initial trip he was able to take where he met a young girl named Kailee. Eight and a half years later they are now engaged.

**PS - Update from "BP" : Tube Successfully re-inserted. Oil company BP says it has resumed pumping oil to a ship on the surface after a weekend setback that halted efforts to siphon off the crude spewing from a damaged well at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. Crews re-inserted the tube into the well's riser stack Sunday. The 4-inch pipe is now connected to a ship on the surface, 5,000 feet above the sea floor, and is pumping oil back to the surface. If successful, the technique will capture most of the oil that is pouring out of the well. The well has been spewing an estimated 210,000 gallons, or 5,000 barrels, of light sweet crude a day into the Gulf since the sinking of the drill platform Deepwater Horizon in late April.

According to a report from Bloomberg News, in 2009 female CEOs earned 40 percent more than men. The average annual salary for female head honchos over the last few years topped $14 billion. Participants who watched a humorous 20-minute video clip showed decreased levels of the appetite-repressing hormone leptin afterwards, suggesting that repetitive laughter can affect hormones in the same way that exercise does. Those who watched a violent video clip showed no statistically significant change in leptin levels. Although the physiology of laughter is not well understood, studies since the 1970s have shown that laughing can help reduce blood vessel constriction, boost immune function, and relieve stress.

Google Inc. is in talks with Verizon Wireless to develop a tablet computer that would compete with Apple Inc.’s hit iPad.

The tablet will run on Google’s Android operating system, Marquett Smith, a spokesman for Verizon, said today in a phone interview. He declined to elaborate and said the carrier will release more details later this week.

The device would accelerate the rivalry between Apple and Google, which already compete in wireless software and mobile advertising. Apple released the iPad in the U.S. on April 3 and sold a million of them in 28 days. Mountain View, California- based Google has worked to move beyond its core business of Internet search and into mobile services.

"Anyone can take the Android platform and add code or download it to create a mobile device without restrictions, the company said. “We look forward to seeing what contributions are made and how an open platform spurs innovation.”
